Hello, I’m Zanna


Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of sharing yoga with people all over the world.

During this time I’ve taught 100s of people to find calm and healing through the power of yoga, whilst gaining physical and mental strength; taking a holistic approach to improve the lives of my students.

By understanding the chakra energy and with regular yoga practice, I found comfort and renewal through dark times. 

How do you navigate life while dealing with death?


This yoga course was created by someone who knows first hand.

My Story

At 22 years old, I lost my mum to cancer. My formative years were full of grief.

This enormous loss left me completely disorientated and in search of healing. This is when I started practising yoga. 

Now, more than 20 years later, I am a yoga instructor, a wife, a mother of 2 (+ fur baby!) and I am dedicated to helping you in life after loss.

I created this program to help you on your grief journey.

COURSE FEATURES


DISCOVER YOUR 7 CHAKRAS

The program is organised around the natural energy centres of the body and mind. Each module explores one of the 7 chakras and provides a daily activity to support your healing.

AT YOUR OWN PACE

The course is designed over 8 weeks, but you can go at the pace which works for you, When you sign up, you will receive access to all the modules.

There are 4 yoga sessions in each of the 7 modules. Yoga sessions are under 30 minutes.


Each session is designed to balance a particular chakra and help move the grief through your body.

MEDITATION

Each module includes a guided meditation session and breathing exercises.
